One thing I just love the most is writing and sharing the latest tools, strategies, and tactics companies and businesses of many industries can use for the benefit and growth of their company. The topic of this article is by far, one of my favorite. It’s the 2-Step Leads System. As I mentioned and strategized with my JV partners and clients, this system is simple and it is one of the factors that can scale a marketing campaign and company sales targets exponentially.
Here’s the thing, I am going to be very transparent. This tool is only one factor, along with all other factors of a business that will make it successful. It is a very powerful tool for sure in this day and age but you cannot simply neglect all other factors such as understanding the psychology behind the way your ideal client operate and think, choice of images or videos, and your ad copy. (If you don’t know what copy is, wait for my next article, I’ll explain)
Together, it is one happy marketing campaign.
Now in this article, what I’ll do is cover the basic idea of it, why it should be considered in the most industries, how it works, it’s value and concerns that I think can definitely be solved. This tool is something new for Facebook and it hasn’t been something that’s been picked up on a lot by many companies. That being said, I am very, very excited to share this and show you more efficient ways to better your marketing campaign. With that, I will keep it short, sweet and to the point.
The 2-Step Leads System is a very easy way of getting the audience to sign up for more info from anywhere. We all know that as technology grows, improves, becoming faster and faster and faster and with competitions rising, our human attention span decreases over time which means getting people’s attention is more valuable and costly than ever. We want to keep it short, sweet, quick and secure. So here’s a little bit more about the system.
With 2-Step Leads System, and with a great targeting system and audience set, your potential customers can sign up for what is being offered and get accurate contact lead info to follow up with them. The whole goal is to help you and your business properly and fully utilize resources like funnels, email marketing system, your sales staff, company reps the best they can by providing them quality leads to grow your revenue and sales. With this 2-Step Lead ads, potential customers, when they see your advert on Facebook, they can sign up for more info or request for something from you or your company such as lead magnet, free gift, promotions, enquiries for a product or services, applications, latest investment products, cars, service promotions or donations. The whole goal is to increase their inbound inquiries and leads. Leads is ultimately what will is being monetized. It is warm and it is a person that is interested in something about your company, services, and products. Get on it.
When they click on the lead ad, a simple form that is customizable and that’s been filled out automatically by Facebook with their personal information they have shared with Facebook such as name, number and email address will appear.
This is the crazy and awesome part!
These are automatic so all they have to do is click, accept and the lead is generated and delivered in the system. The form is mobile-friendly, native and designed for a limited need of typing so that your clients can reach you as fast as possible. By it being native, the form pops out faster than the website could load.
One point I will stress again like I’ve mentioned above is that the effectiveness of this tool is also highly influenced and determined by the effectiveness of the ad copy, how well you know the psychology of your potential clients plus the choice of images and/or videos
Now, moving on to how does it work and the setup. On the front end, it starts with the ad and a call to action, when clicked, a form will pop up and once accepted by the customer and a lead is confirmed opted in, a thank you page will pop up right after and invite the lead participant to visit the company’s website.
On the backend, Facebook API is then connected to a software called bridge sync that syncs Facebook API to a CRM or Email Software system of your desire. These CRM systems are made for multiple different industries such as automotive, financial, agencies, real estate, education, Insurance and etc… So if you’re in any of these industries, you are good.
A quick example, if you are a car dealer principal. Know this.
The bridge sync software that I use can integrate with any of the car dealer’s CRM such as Dealer Track, Win Solution, Votenza, Tenstreet, Higher Gear, Momentum, Promax, Ford direct.com, Dealer Socket, Dealer Peak, Dealer Lead Track, DC media, CDK Global, Advent Research, and ADF XML. Within these CRM, we can create one to as many lists as possible to place each lead in. (This where we get to the advanced strategic market planning, where we take something simple and scale it up with strong momentum).
So in hindsight, Facebook Ad is connected to a bridge sync software and connected to a list from a CRM of choice. You can customize the process, create multiple lists, so that when you turn the ads on, leads will flow through and flow automatically to the specific list basket. Each list will have its own sales staff, rep, email sequence and many more depending on the campaign and strategies. It is a simple concept that can be utilized and scaled in a bigger way.
